New Blog Platform @ Substack!

So what is the blog about anyway?

My blog is a humble collection of thoughts and stories, aimed at shedding light on the personal and professional aspects of addiction and recovery. As a counselor who has personally navigated these waters, I offer my insights with the hope of providing comfort and understanding. Through my posts, I share not just the clinical side of addiction and recovery but also the deeply human experiences that accompany this journey. It is a place for those seeking knowledge, connection, and a sense of community in the face of such challenges. I believe in the power of shared stories and experiences to educate and inspire. This blog is my way of offering support and understanding to anyone touched by addiction—whether it's personal or through a loved one. It's an invitation to join a conversation that respects and empathizes with the complex path of recovery. So, if you're looking for a space that combines professional counseling insights with real-life experiences of addiction and recovery, I welcome you to read my blog. It's a resource for anyone seeking guidance, hope, or simply a deeper understanding of these issues that touch so many lives.
